Function Description:
The CSHADOW system variable is used to set display properties for 3D shadow objects.

System Variable Value:
0: project and receive shadow
1: project shadow
2: receive shadow
3: ignore shadow
Users should turn the shadow visibility on in viewport to see shadow.
