Function Description:
The PARAMETERCOPYMODE system variable is used to control how to deal with constrains and users parameters of reference when copying constrained objects between drawing, model space, and layouts, and block definitions.

The parameter and its value only apply on current space. All kinds of block definition can not access their parameters in mode space, their each paper space layouts, and block editors.
System Variable Value:
0: do not copy any dimension constrains or constrain parameters. Remove constrains from all copied objects.
1: copy dimension constrains or constrain parameters. Always replace expressions by constant values. If names conflicts, rename dimension parameters.
2: copy dimension constrains, constrain parameters, and users parameters. Reference to existing users parameters, or replace expressions by constant values.
3: copy dimension constrains, constrain parameters, and users parameters. Reference to existing users parameters, or create any missing users parameters. Changing the missing reference dimension constrain to users parameters.
4: copy dimension constrains or constrain parameters. If names conflicts, rename dimension parameters.
