Function Description:

This command helps to specify attribute of blocks with incremental value, and to modify attribute value of blocks according to the sort method. This command can increase block attribute value that contains a number or letter. When ATTINC command is on, as long as the drawing is not closed, when copying, inserting and deleting a block attribute in the drawing, the property number or letter can be updated automatically. If there are blocks with attributes in the current drawing, the Attribute values increment dialog box is displayed.

Select a block

Picks a block as sample.

Block

Selects a block name.

Select the attribute to increase

Selects the attribute label to increment. If the block has only one attribute, this attribute is automatically selected. If the block has multiple attributes and all attributes are listed, check one or more attributes to increment.

Selected blocks

Only selected blocks are selected, and the selected block attributes are incremented in the order of graph creation.

Auto Increase

The attributes of all references of the selected block will be incremented automatically. When the block is copied, inserted or deleted in the diagram, the attribute number will be updated automatically. And as long as the automatic increment is performed in the drawing, the attribute number will be automatically updated as long as the drawing is not closed, and the block is copied, inserted and deleted in the drawing.

Parameter

• Increment: The attribute values of the selected blocks are incremented in increments.
• Add Ration: The attribute value of the attribute block is set to be incremented by adding the same increment value to the number or letter.
• Increment Mode: There are three incremental modes: Every number, The first number, and The last number or character. The default option is to increment the last number or character. If there are multiple digits at the end, these digits will start to increase as a whole. If you choose to increase the first digit, the first digit of the attribute value will be processed as a whole. Increase each digit: each paragraph of the attribute value will be incremented.
• Increment: The default value is 1. If there are special needs, you can set the increment.
• Sort: To set the ascending order, you can set the following options: by draw order, by select order, from left to right, from up to down, and by the path of curve. By default, it is according to the draw order, and you can choose other sorting methods. If sorting the path of curve is set, the user will be prompted to select a curve. The curve is a curve or polyline intersecting the selected block, which is sorted according to the order of the block insertion point and the nearest point on the curve. If the selected curve is the same point from the insertion point of all blocks, it is sorted by the distance from the insertion point to the nearest point of the curve.
• Reverse: Reverses the order above.
