Function Description:
The PSTYLEPOLICY system variable is used to control the plot style, color dependent or named, using a drawing template or creating a new drawing from scratch without using a drawing template.

System Variable Value:
0: named plot style. The plot style of new objects is set to be default style by DEFPLSTYLE system variable. The plot style of new layer is set to be default style by DEFLPLSTYLE system variable.
1: color dependent plot style. The plot style of objects determined by object colors.
