Function Description:
This command is used to edit polylines and 3D polygon meshes.
Users can use the PEDIT command to join 2D polylines and convert lines and arcs into 2D polylines, as well convert polylines
into curves as B-splines.
The setting of the PLINECONVERTMODE system variable can determine whether the polylines
are created with linear segments or arcs.
If you select a line, arc or spline, you are prompted to convert that object
to a polyline. Several system variables affect this conversion.
The inputted precision value can determine the precision extend of the source polyline and final polyline.

Icon:
Menu: Modify > Object > Polyline
Ribbon: Home > Modify > PEDIT
Toolbar: Modify Ⅱ > Polyline Edit
Command: PEDIT
Alias: PE
Shortcut: Select the polyline to be edited, right-click and select Polyline option, click Edit Polyline when there is no command active
