Function Description:
The LIGHTINGUNITS system variable is used to specify whether to use generic light source or photometric lights to control light, and specify light units for drawing.

When specified LIGHTINGUNITS to be 1 or 2, turn on photometric light; or turn on standard light.
System Variable Value:
0: do not use light units and turn standard (generic) light on
1: use the imperial light units and turn photometric light on
2: use the metric light units and turn photometric light on
