Function Description:

This command is used to switch from a paper space to the model space. User can create a drawing in model space. By default, the TILEMODE system variable is set to 1 and user can create model viewports to display various kinds of views. When finishing drawing, users can select one layout to set plot style. Users can switch among layouts or from model to named layouts and enhance performance by specifying the LAYOUTREGENCTL system variable to control the update list.
