Function Description:
This command is used to open third-party drawing files in various formats, such as *. 3ds, *. dae, *. fbx, *. obj, *. ply, *. stl, etc..

Command Prompts: If FILEDIA is 0, the command line will prompt:
Enter name of drawing file to open\<.>:
If the system variable FILEDIA is 1, the Select Files dialog box is displayed, in which you can select a third-party drawing file to open.
