Function Description:
The XDWGFADECTL system variable is used to control the fade degree for all DWG xref objects.

System Variable Value:
0: DWG xref objects do not fade
>0: when this value is a positive value, the fade degree is controlled by percentage up to 90%
\<0: when this value is a negative value, DWG xref objects do not fade, but the value is kept and it can be converted by changing its symbol.
