Before you send a drawing to the printer or plotter, it saves time and material to generate a preview of the plotted drawing.
To preview the drawing you can use the Plot dialog box. The preview shows exactly how the drawing will look when plotted, including lineweights, fill patterns and other plot style options.
In the new version, we have upgraded the "Plot Preview" toolbar to a floating panel. The panel can be freely dragged, and its floating position is controlled by the LOCKUI system variable with values 0, 2, and 8.
