The DRAGMODE command is used to control the way of display when dragging object.

Command : DRAGMODE
Command Prompts:
Enter new value [ON/OFF/Auto] <Auto>:
Relative Glossary:
On : Allow dragging objects, but users need to input "drag" in proper position when drawing or editing command.
Off : Forbid to drag objects, even drag requirement embedded in menu.
Auto : Users could drag objects if possible. It is no need to input "drag" every time.
