The BAUTHORPALETTE command is used to open block editing tool palettes in block editor.

Command : BAUTHORPALETTE
Function Description:
The block editing tool palettes could only be opened in block editor. The block editing tool palettes contain parameter tab, action tab and parameter set tab.
