The UCSFOLLOW system variable is used to generate plan view when changing from one UCS to another UCS.
System Variable Value:
0 : do not affect current view when changing UCS
1 : generate new UCS plan view in current viewport when changing UCS
Note: the USCFOLLOW settings will be ignored in paper space.
