The HPDRAWORDER system variable could control whether the hatches and fills are display in front of other objects or behind them; or display in front of associative boundary or behind them.
System Variable Value:
0 : none, do not specify draw order for hatches and fills
1 : send to back. Send the hatches and fills back of other objects
2 : bring to front. Bring the hatches and fills in front of other objects
3 : send behind of boundary. Send the hatches and fills behind of boundary objects
4 : bring in front of boundary. Bring the hatches and fills in front of boundary objects
