Function Description:
The FACETERDEVSURFACE system variable is used to set the similarity level when converting mesh object to solids or surfaces.

Initial value : 0.001
Users could input an any non-negative including 0. The smaller the number, the larger the surface, more accurate meshes with less deviation from the object surface, and slower performance. Specify the FACETERDEVSURFACE system variable to be 0 to turn off this option.
