License Missing, / Broken

If you lose your license because the hard disk broke or some other reasonable reason, GSTARSOFT will reset your license so that you can activate your license again (same license).

Please fill the form from attachment (every field is required) and send it to your local re-seller or email to support@neofame.com.my

License will corrupt if you replace or update your hardware or operation system, try to re-activate by your existing serial number online,
