Function Description:
This command is used to create a region to cover objects and control whether to display the frame of region in
the drawing.
GstarCAD brings you the WIPEOUT command enhanced with more options. Now this
command can use a circle object to be wipeout or even you can pick up a closed polyline
object containing arcs.
Users can use this command to create a polygonal region to cover objects. The color of
the polygonal region is the same as the current background. Users can select the polyline
boundary for editing, they can also turn off its line frame for plotting.

First point
Specifies the first point of the polyline.
Frames
Determines whether to display the frame of the region.
Circle
Selects a circle as the region boundary to cover objects.
Pick polyline or circle
Selects a polyline or a circle as the region boundary to cover objects.
Acurracy
Specifies the acurracy of a circle and an arc segment of the pline.
