To Link OLE Objects in a Drawing

To Link OLE Objects in a Drawing
- Start the source application and open a document.
- Select the information you want to link and press CTRL + C to copy it to the Clipboard.
- Open the drawing.
- Click Edit > Paste Special on the main menu.
- The Paste Special dialog box is displayed, click Paste Link. Paste Link pastes the contents of the Clipboard into the current drawing and creates a link to the file in the source application. If you click Paste, the Clipboard contents are embedded instead of linked.
- Click OK.
- Specify the insertion point in the drawing area.
