Function Description:
The TEXTED system variable is used to specify the display of user interface when creating and editing single texts.

Those settings can be applied on single texts created by TEXT command.
System Variable Value:
0: display in-place editor when creating or editing single texts
1: accept texts in command line when creating single texts. Display in-place editor dialog box when editing sing texts.
2: the same as 0, the difference is that it auto repeats text entering.
