Function Description:
This command is used to create, modify or specify the text style.
The Text Style dialog box is displayed.
You can specify the current text style to determine the appearance of all new
text. A text style includes the font, size, oblique angle, orientation, and
other text characteristics.

Ribbon: Annotation > Text > Text Style...
