Function Description:
The REBUILD2DDEGREE system variable is used to set the global degree when rebuilding a spline.

If the degree is 1, it rebuilds a straight line; if the degree is 2, it rebuilds a curve with one bend. A Bezier curve has a degree of 3. It can rebuild more complex curves with higher degrees, but computations are required.
