Function Description:
This command is used to switch from model space in a layout viewport to paper
space.
As one part of designing a layout, layout viewports can be created, which contains different
views of the model at different scales. When switching from paper space to model space (MSPACE),
users can edit models and views in the current layout viewport. Users can also make a
layout viewport become the current viewport by double clicking the internal area of the viewport;
as well they can switch to paper space by double clicking the external area of viewport.
Users can also switch between different layouts and the model tab at the bottom of
the drawing area.
