Function Description:
The PLOTTRANSPARENCYOVERRIDE system variable is used to control whether to plot object transparency.

System Variable Value:
0: do not use transparency when plotting objects
1: use specified settings in "Page Setup" or Plot dialog boxes
2: use transparency when plotting objects
When PLOTTRANSPARENCYOVERRID to be 0 or 2, it overrides the Plot Transparency option in the Page Setup or the Plot dialog boxes.
Note: this system variable will affect global plot performance, it is strongly recommended to set the value to be 1 and manage transparency plot when plotting.
