Function Description:
This command is used to paste objects from the Clipboard into the current drawing as a block.
The objects copied to the Clipboard are pasted into the drawing at the specified insertion point as a block and
the block is given a random name.
Command Access:

Menu: Edit > Paste As Block
Ribbon: Home > Clipboard > Paste as Block
Toolbar: /
Command: PASTEBLOCK

Shortcut: Right-click and select Paste as Block of Clipboard when there is no command active/SHIFT+CTRL+V
