Function Description:
The OFFSETGAPTYPE system variable is used to control how to deal with the potential gap between segments when offsetting polylines.

System Variable Value:
0: extend segment to projected intersection point
1: fillet lines at projected intersection point. The radius of each arc segment equal to offset distances.
2:chamfer lines at projected intersection point. The distance from each chamfer of original object to its vertex equals to offset distance.
