LAYULK Command

Function Description:
This command is used to unlock the layer of a selected object.
When you move the cursor over objects on locked layers, the locked icon is
displayed. You can select an object on a locked layer and unlock that layer
without specifying the name of the layer. Objects on unlocked layers can be
selected and modified.

Menu: Format > Layer Tools > Layer Unlock
