Function Description:

The INPUTSEARCHOPTIONFLAGS system variable is used to control whether to display relevant input search options and command prompt lists when handling command line input.

The value is the sum of the following:

0: Disable all input search options.
1: Enable AutoComplete.
4: Enable Search system variables.
16: Enable Mid-string search.
