Function Description:

The DIMTSZ system variable is used to specify the size of oblique strokes drawn instead of arrowheads for linear, radius, and diameter dimension.

System Variable Value:

0: draw arrowheads
>0: draw oblique strokes instead of arrowhead. The size of oblique strokes is control by DIMTSZ system variable multiplied by the value of DIMSCALE system variable.
