Function Description:
The DIMSCALE system variable is used to set global scale factors for dimension variable(for specified dimension, distance, or offset).

This variable system also has effect on leader objects created by LEADER command. Users can scale multiple leader objects created by MLEADER command though MLEADERSCALE command.
System Variable Value:
0.0: it computes a reasonable default value based on scales of current model space viewport and paper space. If you are in paper space or model space without using paper space features, the scale factor is 1.0.
on: compute the scale factor and print text, arrowhead, and other scaled distances by their literal value.
The DIMSCALE system variable has no effect on measured length, ordinate, or angle.
If current dimension style is annotative, the DIMSCALE system variable automatically sets to zero, and the dimension scale is controlled by CANNOSCALE system variable. If applied annotative dimension, the DIMSCALE system variable can not be set to zero.
