Function Description:

The DIMCEN system variable is used to control how to draw center marks and center lines for circles or arcs by DIMCENTER, DIMDIAMETER, and DIMRADIUS commands.

According to DIMDIAMETER and DIMRADIUS commands, it creates center marks when the extension lines placed outside of circles and arcs.

System Variable Value:

0: do not create center marks and center lines
\<0: create center lines
>0: create center marks

The absolute value of DIMCEN system variable specifies the size of center marks or center lines.
