Function Description:
The CURSORSIZE system variable is used to determine the cursor size by degrees of screen.

The valid range is from 1% to 100%. When setting to 100%, the cursor displays in full screen, users can not see the endpoint of cursor. When setting to smaller than 100%, moving the cursor to the edge of screen, users can see the endpoint of cursor.
