Function Description:

The CAPTURETHUMBNAILS system variable is used to specify whether and when display the captured thumbnails for play back tools.

System Variable Value:

0:do not generate preview thumbnails if the view changed outside the SteeringWheels
1: preview thumbnails are generated on demand for the play back tools when the bracket is positioned over an empty frame
2: preview thumbnails are automatically generated after each view change occurs
