Function Description:
This command is used to set the visibility of the layer in a viewport.

Displays frozen layers name of the specified viewport.
Color
Changes the color associated with layers.
- Truecolor: Specifies a truecolor for the selected object.
- COlorbook: Specifies a color loaded from the colorbook for the selected object.
Ltype
Changes the linetype associated with layers.
LWeight
Changes the lineweight associated with layers.
If entering invalid lineweight, the current lineweight is specified to the closest fixed lineweight value.
If users want to plot drawing with a fixed lineweight value, but this lineweight
can not be found in the lineweight list, they can use the plot style editor to
customize plotting lineweight.
TRansparency
Changes the transparency level associated with layers.
Freeze
Freezes one or more layers in one or more viewports. Objects on frozen layers are not displayed, regenerated or plotted.
Thaw
Specifies the name of the layer to be thawed.
Reset
Specifies the visibility of the layer in a specified viewport to be its current default settings.## Newfrz Creates a new layer that frozen in all viewports.
Vpvisdflt
Frozes or thaws the specified layer created in the following viewport. Users can enter a layer name or specify layers by an object selection to change the viewport visibility.
