Function Description:
This command is used to create and modify visual styles and apply them on
a viewport. The Visual Styles Manager palette is displayed.
The visual styles is a set of custom settings, it is used to control the display of edges, colors, background and shades of 3D solids and surfaces in
the current viewport.

Menu: Tools > Palettes > Visual Styles
Ribbon: View > Visual Styles > Visual Styles
Toolbar: Visual Styles > Manage Visual Styles
