To Access Express Tools

You can do one of the following:

Select Express on the main menu.
Click the Express tab on the Ribbon.
To display the Express toolbars, right-click next to any docked Express toolbar and then select an Express toolbar.
Type in the TOOLBAR command, the ToolBar dialog box is displayed and then you can select an Express toolbar to display in the application.
