To Save a Drawing File as a Different File Type
- Click File > Save As on the main menu.
- The Save drawing as dialog box is displayed, in which you can select a location and enter a file name.
- In the Files of Type drop-down list, choose one of the types (dwg, dwt, dws, dxf) and click Save.
