To Insert a Field in a Cell

To Insert a Field in a Cell
- Double-click inside the table cell.
- Right-click the table cell and choose Insert Field.
- The Field dialog box is displayed, in the Field Category drop-down list, select a category.
- In the Field Names list, select a Field name.
- In the Property or Format lists, specify the options available for the selected field.
- Click OK.
