To Define or Modify a Cell Style
- Click Format > Table Style on the main menu.
- The Table Style dialog box is displayed, select a table style that contains the cell style you want to modify in the Styles list and click Modify, or click New to create a new table style.
- The Modify Table Style dialog box is displayed, in the Cell Styles drop-down list, select a cell style to modify, or create a new cell style by clicking the button to the right of the drop-down list.
- Click OK.
