To Convert a Mesh Object Into a NURBS

  1. Click Mesh > Mesh Convert > Convert to Surface in the ribbon.
  2. Select a mesh object to convert to and press Enter. The object is converted to a procedural surface.
  3. Click Modify > Surface Editing > Convert to NURBS on the main menu.
  4. Select the surface object to convert to a NURBS surface.
