To Check Spelling
- Click Tools > Spell Check on the main menu.
- The Check Spelling dialog box is displayed, under Display the areas you want checked for spelling, select an option.
- If you want to include block attributes and dimension text, click Settings button.
- The Check Spelling Settings dialog box is displayed, check the desired types of objects.
- Click Dictionaries button, the Dictionary dialog box is displayed.
- To change current the main dictionary, select a dictionary from the Current Main Dictionary list. To change the current custom dictionary, select a dictionary under Current Custom Dictionary.
- Click Start.
- To correct a word, select an alternate word from the Suggestions list or type a word in the Suggestions box. Click Change or Change All. To leave a word unchanged, click Ignore or Ignore All. To leave a word unchanged and add it to the dictionary, click Add to Dictionary.
- Click Close to exit.
