Function Description:

This command is used to bring text, leaders, and dimensions in front of all other objects in the drawing.

Command Access:

Menu: Tools > Draw Order > Bring Annotations to Front > Text Objects Only
Ribbon: Home > Utilities > TEXTTOFRONT
Toolbar: Draw Order > Bring Text Objects to Front

Command Prompts:

Bring to front [Text/Dimensions/Leaders/All] \<All>:

Text

Brings the text to the front of all other objects in the drawing.

Dimensions

Brings dimensions to the front of all other objects in the drawing.

Leaders

Brings leaders to the front of all other objects in the drawing.

All

Brings all text, dimensions, and leaders to the front of all other objects in the drawing.
Note: The text contained in a block or external reference can not be separated and brought to the front. As well multiple leader texts and text in a table can not be brought to the front.
