Function Description:

This command is used to create a parallel surface a specified distance from the original surface.

Command Access:

Icon:
Menu: Draw > Modeling > Surfaces > Offset
Ribbon: Surface > Create > Offset
Toolbar: /
Command: SURFOFFSET
Alias: /

Command Prompts:

Select surfaces or regions to offset:

If you type “Solid”, you can generate the surface to a solid after the offset.
