Function Description:
This command is used to import STEP files, enhancing our platform's capability for 3D model data. STEP (Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data) is a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) that describes how product information is represented and exchanged throughout the product life cycle. The file format can be .step, .stp, .ste.

Operation Steps:
- Executes the STPIMPORT command, the Select Files dialog box is displayed, from which you can select the STEP file to import.
2. Click the "Open" button, and the STEP file will be automatically imported into the current drawing.
