SPOTLIGHT Command

Function Description:
This command is used to create a spotlight that emits orientation cone beam. The spotlight (such as
a flashlight, theater tracking spotlight or a headlight) can create distribution projections by focused beams.
Note: If the LIGHTINGUNITS system variable is set to 1 or 2, the Attenuation option has no effect on
the light source. This option is kept to maintain compatibility.
