Function Description:
The SELECTIONPREVIEW system variable is used to control the display of selection preview.

The object will be highlighted when pickbox cursor rolling over objects. It means this object can be selected by clicking.
System Variable Value:
0: turn off
1: turn on when there is no active command
2:turn on when prompts to select objects
Note: when the COMMANDPREVIEW is on, it ignores the SEELCTIONPREVIEW system variable.
