SCALELISTEDIT Command

Function Description:
This command is used to manage scales of layout viewports, page layouts, and
plotting in the Edit Scale list dialog box.
Users can edit scales in the Edit Scale List dialog box. This dialog box displays the Scale list that predefined for the whole program.
If you enter -SCALELISTEDIT under the command prompt, options
are displayed.
