Function Description:
This command is used to save the current drawing by the specified default file format.
If the current drawing is named, the program saves it without requirement of a
new file name. Users can use the SAVEAS command to save a drawing with a
different name. If the current drawing is read-only, users can also save it by the SAVEAS command with a different name.
If the current drawing is not named, the Save drawing as dialog box is displayed, users
can save it with a specified name and format.
Note: When saving drawings by the QSAVE command, the drawing
formats can be specified in the Open and Save tab of the Options dialog box.
