QNEW Command

Function Description:
This command is used to create a new drawing from a specified
drawing template file.
The folder path can be specified in the Options dialog box, File tab, Template
Settings, Default Template File Name for QNEW.
If the template file name is set to None or is not specified, the QNEW command displays
the Select Template dialog box.
The display of the QNEW command is determined by the STARTUP and FILEDIA system variables.
Specifying the STARTUP system variable to 1, it displays the Create New Drawing dialog box to create new
drawings;
Specifying the STARTUP system variable to 0, it displays the Select Template
dialog box or create new drawing by using default templates.
Specifying the FILEDIA system variable to 0, it displays command prompts without dialog box, no matter how to set up the STARTUP system variable.
