Function Description:

This command is used to create point objects.
The point can be a snap node and you can specify 2D and 3D locations for a point. The current elevation is assumed if the Z coordinate value of a point is omitted. The PDMODE and PDSIZE system variables control the appearance of point objects.
Users can also use MEASURE and DIVIDE commands to create points and use the DDPTYPE command to specify size and styles of points.
