Function Description:
The PLOTROTMODE system variable is used to control the plot orientation.

System Variable Value:
0: rotate the valid plot area to make the corner with rotation icon aligning with the paper at the lower left for 0, top left for 90, top right for 180, and lower right for 270. X and Y origin offsets are calculated relative to the lower-left corner.
1: align the lower left corner of the valid plot area with lower left corner of drawing
2: Works the same as 0 value, but that the X and Y origin offsets are calculated relative to the rotated origin position.
